The Lodge Experience

You’ve had a long, beautiful afternoon of hiking. Your lungs are full of fresh, mountain air and you haven’t so much as looked at your phone in days. You come back to The Lodge to find your fellow guests gathering in Jimmy’s living room. You sink into an armchair, order a pisco sour cocktail and share in the retelling of adventures.

Rooms and Suites at The Lodge

Please note that we reserve a certain number of rooms for direct bookings through phone and email to prevent over booking. If your desired dates are not available, please call or email us directly for availability. A deposit of two-nights is required to confirm any booking. Our Summer operation is from June 1st - October 10th, and Jan 30th - April 7th, 2025, in the Winter. To maximize your complete experience of relaxation at The Lodge, we require a minimum two-night stay on all bookings.

We are currently accepting bookings for the Winter and Summer/Fall 2025 seasons.

Whitebark Pine Room

Step into the smell of pine, the precision of hand-crafted furniture and the soft touches of modern restoration.

The Whitebark Pine rooms are located on the 3rd floor of The Lodge and have queen-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms designed for comfort and tranquility after your long days spent adventuring. Curl up under your duvet to take in the surrounding peaks, run a hot shower, and find for yourself what generations of local and international guests have discovered: there’s something restorative about this place.

Fireweed Room

Conveniently located on the second floor of The Lodge, the Fireweed rooms are your spacious oasis to return to after an exciting day of backcountry activities. 

Thoughtfully designed with nature in mind, these rooms bring the outdoors inside giving you all the comforts of lush accommodations, accented with fresh pine, wool blankets, and comfy reading chairs. Indulge in your nighttime routine in your large ensuite bathroom, then get cozy under warm covers in your queen-sized bed.

Num-Ti-Jah Suite

The Num-Ti-Jah suite is the ultimate mountain getaway. Located on the top floor of The Lodge at Bow Lake, relax in your own private sitting room, bedroom with Queen bed and large ensuite bathroom with a Japanese soaking tub.

Three large windows pointing East, West and South are your own private portals to the majestic surroundings, allowing you to capture the ancient, natural splendour in this one-of-a-kind dwelling. No matter what we say here, our description won’t do it justice. See the best room in the house for yourself.

*The Suite is located on the top floor of The Lodge, which does require the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs.

To maximize your relaxation experience at The Lodge, we require a minimum two-night stay on all bookings.

Bookings are now open for the Winter and Summer 2025 seasons.

Please keep in mind that The Lodge closes seasonally between October 11, 2024 and January 29, 2025, and APRIL 8 and MAY 30, 2025.

We can’t wait to welcome you into the unique oasis that is The Lodge. Whether you’re visiting for some backcountry adventures, seeking a quiet refuge, or in search of a digital detox (seriously, there’s no cell reception or wifi here!), The Lodge is unlike any place you’ve stayed before.

Cancellation Policy

The Lodge requires a minimum stay of two nights. Accommodation rates are per night and are based on double occupancy. Twenty-one days prior notice is required to cancel all or part of a reservation. This will incur a cancellation fee of $200 per unit. In the event that twenty-one days' notice is not given, the entirety of your deposit will be forfeited if the Lodge is unable to resell the space.

This policy applies to all cancellations including those arising at the last minute due to inclement weather, poor road conditions, accidents, highway rerouting, illness, travel restrictions, trail closures, etc. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance and consulting the travel insurance afforded by your credit card.
