Cancellation Policy
To maximize your complete experience of relaxation at The Lodge, we have a minimum two-night stay policy (select one-night stays are only available during the season, if available). Accommodation rates are per night and are based on double occupancy.
We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly and do our best to accommodate guests. Our cancellation policy is as follows.
A deposit of 70% is required at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation more than or equal to 21 days in advance of the intended reservation, a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee per room will be issued.
In the event of a cancellation less than 21 days in advance of the intended stay, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
This policy applies to all cancellations, including those arising at the last minute due to inclement weather, poor road conditions, accidents, highway rerouting, illness, travel restrictions, trail closures, etc. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance and consulting the travel insurance offered by your credit card.
